'Larry's Market Run' Tour: Larry June Live in Vancouver

The ‘Larry’s Market Run’ tour took over the Commodore Ballroom Tuesday evening with DVME and Monroe Flow. Despite it taking over half an hour for June to appear, insistent chants were heard throughout until he finally made his appearance; a billow of smoke permeated the stage as June was surrounded by a bed of fruits that complimented the theme of his tour. Streaks of red, white, and blue bathed the venue as he commenced his explosive first performance of ‘Private Valet’.

June was captivating and occasionally chatty, inviting the crowd to wave their arms and exchange heartfelt lyrics. The crowd recited every song word for word as he ran through hits from his latest studio album, ‘The Great Escape’ - his collaboration project with esteemed producer ‘The Alchemist’. Fan favourites like ‘89 Earthquake’, ‘Palisades, CA’, and ‘Summer Reign’ were performed, ensuring the energy remained palpable throughout the entire show.
